At Duchess K Design, we strive to ensure that your custom apparel reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders.

Processing Time

  • Once your custom order is confirmed and the design is approved, our team will begin crafting your unique piece. The standard processing time is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be shipped.

 

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your package and will be displayed at checkout.

  • For orders within Houston, Texas, we offer a local pickup option at no additional charge. Please select this option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order in person.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Expedited shipping options are available, with delivery typically within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that selecting expedited shipping does not shorten the processing time.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

 

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.

 

Shipping Delays

  • While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays may affect the delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If there is a significant delay with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of your item, please reach out to us, and we will work to make it right.
